The Federal Government announced an inquiry into class action lawsuits, and specifically into the litigation funding aspect of the industry. Campaign Edge, working for law firms and litigation funders, developed a campaign to create a schism between 'Australians who have been wronged by corporations' and 'people who want corporations to act responsibly' versus 'corporate interests who want to be left alone' and 'their friends in Canberra.
I was responsible for the concept working with my copywriter Tammy Tinkler, Art Direction of the campaign with my ECD, and photography selection.
To launch the campaign I created an explainer video that encapsulated the problem and what we were trying to change. It was released online and sent to the media covering the story, many of whom borrowed the graphics.
