CPSU Vic negotiated and won transition arrangements for Victorian Public Sector (VPS) workers which allows them to move into other public sector roles if their current role is re-prioritised. Campaign Edge created a series of videos to communicate this win.
As the Art Director on this project I created the visual concept of the seamless line, sketched out the single-line artwork, and animated this series of ads. The response was great with high engagement and around a 50% completion rate on LinkedIn.
In addition to our hero TVC, we needed to create more targeted cuts for our audience.
